Terms and Conditions


Your satisfaction is our number ONE priority. Amazing guarantees delivery via UPS of our high quality fresh flowers to your address in the US. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your flowers, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your flowers. We will replace your order or refund your money; with any replacements of refunds, all the content of the original order needs to be returned.


When placing an order please double check the shipping information. We, (AmazingFlowersusa.com) or UPS are not responsible for deliveries made to the wrong address and to quality problems arisen due to those delays .

When you order flowers from US, you accept and acknowledge that delivery dates are estimates and due to issues outside of our control flowers can be delivered either earlier or late which will not give you any grounds for claims against AmazingFlowersusa. UPS will deliver during the day of delivery without giving an exact time for said delivery; you must be present for delivery since we require a signature for delivery; failure to be present at the time of delivery will not make us responsible for any damages or quality issues to the products.

Due to weather or mechanical problems UPS might delay delivery of your products.


Please be aware that colors may vary from the actual color of the flower represented on the computer screen; there might be a slight variation between the colors seen n the computer screen and the actual color received. AmazingFlowersusa is not responsible for flowers that do not match the expecting color.

In the case that a variety of flowers is not available, we will send the closest color to that original variety ordered. We will do our best to contact you ahead of time to let you know of any changes done to your order; Because we want to make sure your flowers arrive on time, we sometimes might have to ship without your confirmation.
