Q: Can I specify colors in my assorted box?

A: Yes, you can. When placing an order for an assorted box please write the colors you are looking for in the comments box on the page. In order to fulfill the order our farm has to have availability in the colors you are requesting, and if any of the colors you request are not available, one of our representatives will contact you to discuss what other options you have.

Q: When my event is on Saturday or Sunday, when should I have my flowers delivered?

A: If your event is over the weekend, we suggest you have a Wednesday or Thursday delivery. Since your flowers come direct from the farms, normally they are shipped with their buds closed and need some time to bloom. In the unlikely event of a delayed delivery, you will still have enough time to receive your flowers. We encourage you to have your flowers delivered no less than one day before your event.

Q: Will my flowers be fresh for my event?

A: Yes! Absolutely! Since our flowers come directly from the farms and are delivered straight to you, your flowers will be seven days fresher than flowers at your local supermarket or from wholesalers who keep their inventory in Miami for a few days.

Q: How much time before my event should I order my flowers?

A: We recommend you to place your orders as soon as you know the quantity and the kind of flowers you need for your event. The sooner you place your order, the better, so the farms can assure availability. On average, the best time to place your order will be 7 to 10 days prior to your delivery date.

CANCEL OR CHANGE ORDERS

Q: Can I make changes to my order?

A: Yes. If you wish to make a change, please call us at least 7 business days prior to the scheduled delivery date.

Q: How can I cancel my order?

A: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours after your order has been placed. Place your delivery date is in less than 7 business days, we will check with the farms to see if your order has been processed. When the order is prepared, we will have to ship it to you. If the timing is right and we can cancel the order, you will be charged a 20 percent cancelation fee.

Q: Why did my order arrive in more than one box?

A: We work with select farms that specialize in specific flowers. If you order different types of flowers, each farm will prepare its specialized portion of your order.

DELIVERY

Q: How much is delivery?

A: Delivery in the contiguous 48 states via UPS is included in the price you pay for your flowers. Shipments to AK, HI or PR will have an additional charge of $45.00 per Item.

Q: Do you deliver on Saturdays? 

A: Yes, we do. However our carriers have set a fee of $25.00 for Saturday deliveries.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?

A: Your order will arrive via UPS 5 to 7 days after you place it.

Q: Can UPS leave my flowers at my front door? 

A: You will need to be present at the time of delivery because we require a delivery signature from UPS. In some cases we can have UPS leave your flowers at the front door, but we will need your authorization at the time you place your order, and we will not be responsible for damage to the flowers, theft or other issues arising from leaving your order at your front door.

Q: When should I schedule my wedding flowers to arrive?

A: We suggest you schedule your delivery 3 days prior to your wedding date, so you can hydrate and prepare your flowers. Most of our flowers are shipped with the bud closed, so you will need some time for them to bloom. Also, the additional time will provide a cushion and give you peace of mind should there be any delays due to U.S. Customs, UPS or airlines. Our flowers are fresh enough to allow for a delay and still reach you in top condition.
